By purchasing through Sew In Love NZ you agree to our terms and conditons. 

Fabrics/Colours

We try our best to take pictures that represent the true colour of the fabric used although each monitor/phone/computer may show the colours in a slightly different tone. Please bare this in mind when purchasing. 

Refunds / Repairs

If the goods you receive are faulty, we will repair/replace those goods if they are returned to us within 14 days of purchase. We DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges for change of mind or wrong size purchases. 

After 14 days returns and refunds are not warranted. After this time repairs are done so at the discretion of Sew In Love NZ.

Privacy

The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.

Delivery Times

Please allow upto 10 days for made to order items. Memory Gifts have a 4-6 week lead time. Over peak times this lead time will increase. You will recieve a dispatch email with tracking number once your order has been dispatched (check your junk folder if you cant find it in your main inbox). Allow upto 2-3 days for delivery domestically, through peak times of the year this may increase.
